The doctor was able to take care of a situation another vet could not. Thorough and kind. The attendant was helpful and likewise, friendly. Front desk staff, good sports!

A little pricey. But I've been gone from TX for a few years and wow! things have changed. The care and thoroughness will bring my pets back here.

Staff is caring and professional. Dr. Mouser is a great vet and explains medical issues succinctly. Dr. Mouser and her assistant made my dog comfortable as they examined her yesterday.

I was charged a $50 fee for not cancelling on my last scheduled visit. This round went well and I like the vets and techs. I spent almost $450 for my senior dog to get blood work and vaccines. I have been a loyal customer for more than 7 years and never missed an appointment before. I understand you all are busy and there are a lot of people adopting pets which has increased your workload but does client loyalty not count for anything? I mean, do I not get one get out of jail free card considering my longevity as a customer? I felt like tech ridge animal hospital does not appreciate my business at all. It felt like your business is just tacking on fees wherever possible. I accepted my responsibility for not cancelling in time and paid the fee but i felt it was pretty rude. Outside of that, the visit went fine and they accommodated me and allowed me to stay in the car with my son while my dog was examined. They handled my dog well and provided great info.

Dr. Michelle and her staff were amazing! Everyone was polite and kind. Dr. Michelle knew exactly what she was doing, and gave a wonderful adjustment. Liz was by far the best masseuse I've ever had. She was very skilled and knowledgeable about how to get that deep tissue benefit and how to insure that she was relieving tension in the muscles. I will definitely me making Rosewood Wellness a part of my health recovery.
