Dr. Chou was as awesome as always. I have always known her to be child friendly. It was during this visit that I learned that she is the same way with her staff. One of her assistants brought her child to work (not sure what the situation was). At one point, I saw Dr. Chou holding the child while the mom was finishing up for the day. It's so refreshing to see kindness from boss to worker in a workplace.

Excellent experience. I appreciated Dr.Pannu speaking with me before starting Daisy's dental cleaning to inform me of her heart murmur. This allowed me to make an informed decision. He also spoke with me before I took Daisy home. The staff gave me instructions on each of her post op meds despite them being very busy. As always everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had my corgi Hannah in for resection of what turned out to be a cancerous mass.I dealt with Dr.Mannu, Dr.Khan and Dr. Singh. All took their time explaining the results.
