Tenaker Pet Care has recently been rebuilt to be a state-of-the-art facility that boasts over 20,000 square feet of luxurious amenities, making it a dog lover(TM)s paradise. Tenaker is a fully enclosed, climate controlled boarding facility that can house up to 200 dogs and 20 cats at any given time. On average, Tenaker boards more than 22,000 pets annually. Tenaker also furnishes 6,500 square feet of play yards which includes a large heated pool equipped with its own waterfall, a grass area for dogs to lounge in, and toys galore.
24/7 Access
Tenaker offers an unique 24/7 access area that allows clients to have entrance to the facility to either pick-up or drop-off their dogs anytime in their own code protected suite.
New Veterinary Hospital
Tenaker also vaunts a brand new, avant-garde, 3,000 square foot animal hospital that provides dogs with advanced care in life stage health. Tenakers' animal hospital is staffed with three Veterinarians and five Veterinary Technicians. Many municipalities have allocated Tenaker Pet Care as their primary facility to care for animal control dogs.

Over the years, Tenaker has received a variety of different awards including the Denver Hot 20 List, The American Boarding Kennel Association, and the Westward Best Kennel of the Year Award. The facility is staffed with an award winning dog trainer, a professional animal groomer and seven certified staff members.

I waited almost 50 minutes in a room before the vet came in to tell me what she thought was going on with my dog. It took her all of 5 min. Things that I thought she would do like look at is skin or eyes she did not do, literally it was a 50 min wait for a 5min procedure.

Thank you for your feedback, and we would like to address your concerns, as the care of our patients and their owners is our top priority. Our records indicate that you in fact checked in at 3:11pm which was 11 minutes past your appointment time and then were checked out by 3:56pm. In that time span the technician got a history of the problem, collected a sample for testing, tested that sample on the microscope, gave the doctor the results of that test, and the doctor came in and examined your pup and spoke with you about the results and medical treatment plan. Then you were dispensed medications in hospital and checked out all within a 45 minute time frame.
We strive to perform the highest quality of medical care for our patients in the most efficient manner possible. We enjoyed caring for your pup during your visit and wish him a happy and healthy rest of the year.

As always, I found Tenaker Pet Care Center to be caring, thorough, professional and time efficient. Since I have been going to Tenaker for all my dog's health needs, I have experienced excellent care. The staff truly loves their jobs and it shows in how they interact with my pup. They exert kindness and patience as well as great veterinarian care. I would highly recommend them for all your pet care needs.
