Very poor communication between technicians and costumer, I had no idea what was going to be the cost until they were done with the job, even thou I asked 3 times. It’s very unprofessional method as once they are done what you suppose to say or do.

My issue was diagnosed via a phone call and corrected in one visit. The technician was going to arrive about a half hour late. He communicated this to me, and I was able to use that time to get another task done. Once he arrived, the job was completed in a timely manner allowing me to continue my day.
