Meh. After returning to have my son's blue framed transitions replaced from brown to gray, we were greeted coldly with some sort of explanation that they did not know they were brown lenses when they came in.
My son noticed a change in the fit, and in my haste I did not request they be check for fit before we left. It was obvious that both staff members were unhappy with my feedback. A simple, warm I'm Sorry would have totally changed yesterday's interaction into a positive one. Or at least a smile. Instead, we got a, "you look so big". Seriously. Dissapointed.
