I called the Texas Air Doctors because my heater wasn't working. The service tech was out in less than 30 mins!! He went through the unit and had it up and running within 20-30 mins. This company is very Professional and their techs are very knowledgeable. The tech informed me what had happened to the unit, and showed me what he did to repair the unit. This company gets a 5 Star rating from me, and they will have my business from now on!! And.... I will be sure to recommend them to everyone!!

I called Texas Air Doctors back to perform my spring tune up based on the exceptional service I received from Gary when he installed my gas log fireplace set. Brian was the tech that arrived to perform the spring tune up. Brian was professional & knowledgeable. However it felt as if he was up selling me on a few items such as a hard start switch, 5 ' filter kits & water safety switches. I did decide to join the Mustang club for the PM service it would provide. However, I did agree to adding 1 water safety switch (at a cost of $181 dollars). I watched as he installed it. The problem I have is I feel like I was scammed. The part that was installed, I looked up & can order myself for $10.57. The install was to clamp it on the side of the overflow pan & attach 2 wires to the terminal board. Why does this cost $181 dollars? This is to me is an insane amount to pay for a inexpensive part. I have always used Gorman Mechanical & due to this I will definitely reconsider my decision going forward about using your company after I utilize my winter PM thru the Mustang club. This has really given me a negative impression & I am not happy about it. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or comments.

It appears that everything was good except for the price. There are a multitude of things that go into establishing a price for a particular procedure, the least of which is the cost of the part. We have to figure in the wages for the technician, the cost of his transportation, stock on the vehicle, cost of insurance, etc.
But I want 100% Customer Satisfaction!

I've had complicated problems in my home from my outdoor fireplace, and air conditioner.. The Texas Air Doctors never fail to send knowledge, patient, technicians, who never give up no matter how difficult the problem is. The most recent tech is Daniel who was a prime example of all the technicians we have had the good fortune to work with before.

Great service as well as very prompt & professional. TAD was able to accommodate an easy schedule with the busy holiday season to install a gas log set. Would highly recommend them for any service you may need.
