I was happy with Jeff, he was courteous and professional. I was not very happy with the price of a little can of leak seal that Jeff installed. He gave me the option to use it, but I didn't really have a choice if I didn't want a leak to continue. I have looked and have not found anywhere, where a can of leak seal costs $400.00. That just seems extreme, I would be happy if I could see how much this can actually costs. The little can pushed by service visit with only adding Freon to $613. That's crazy. The service call was fine, just feel a little ripped off on the leak seal. The cost of your company is more than others I've used, but I liked your service. If this leak seal doesn't work after a $400 can, I will not be happy at all.

Technician was very knowledgeable, explained everything, and gave an current description of the unit. Priovided options on current and future maintenance.

Great service and very professional. Jeff came out and gave me a honest assessment of my A/C. I was very impressed and will continue to use Texas Air Doctors.

Tech was thorough in his repair of our fireplace. Explained everything he was checking, what the issue was and what the resolution included.

Front desk and customer service is excellent. The employees are friendly and eager to assist with any situation. Bryan, my technician was thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Gary, assisted with billing and explained, in detail, my current service and future service. I signed up for the maintenance plan. Excellent.
