THis is the second time Brian has been to my house, I do not care for his attitude. Also I find the $87 dollar vacuum fee for biological growth to be excessive for something that requires no parts and very little time. I will not be renewing my service agreement when it is up.

Will never use this service again. Extremely expensive and are not on cAll 24/7 as their ad says.

In reading your review, it appears that you have 2 complaints:

1. The cost - Your call required R-22 Freon, the price of which is escalating rapidly.

The reason is that R-22 is being phased out. The manufacture of New R-22 began a stepped reduction in 2010 and will be complete in 2020 with no new R-22 and the entire market will be dependent on recycled product. When that time comes, the cost of R-22, when its available, will be cost prohibitive.

It does appear that our price is consistent with that of our competition.

2. That our website indicated 24/7 On Call Service - Although we are available 7-days a week, we do not provide 24-hour service.

Several years ago, I decided to stop providing service after 9 PM, because the technician who made a late night call was a possible liability if he was tired. If he was driving or performing service the chances of an accident rose. I decided that I would rather have a rested, alert technician.

I have instructed our webmaster to correct that error.

Brian was great! He made some great recommendations to save on our heating and a/c bill and keep our system running safe and energy efficient. We was quick with the periodic inspection, and cleaned up after himself. Once again, Texas Air Doctor's sending quality and experienced people to our home, unlike some "competitors".

As a mustang club member, I have found the value to be one of the best to have of any home vendors. The discount came in handy for a new unit last year and Tx Air Dr will call me for the included annual services so I don't have to remember any of the service needs as seasons pass. Out tech this time was Brian and as I've come to expect he was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and took the time to answer any extra questions, including repairing a leaky duct! Keep up the good work you guys, customer service still matters and your team is doing it right!
