Very highly recommend. Jeff solved a problem that was not diagnosed by the first company I called, Coolmasters, whom I would never recommend. The tech Coolmasters sent out did his diagnostic even knowing that I had called with a leak problem. He left with problem not fixed and the ongoing leak over several days resulted in a 2'x3' hole in my ceiling due to water damage. Coolmasters walked away from me and the manager there refused to pay for damages.

Was thankful to find Texas Home Performance through recommendation and Jeff found the problem promptly, fixed it and I was back to having AC functioning properly. They are now my service company for warranty work which I purchased at time of install of unit 4 years ago. The installer no longer does service work which is why I was obliged to go elsewhere to begin with. By changing my remaining 6 years of warranty over I am showing complete trust in Texas Home Performance. PS this was not a warranty issue since it was a leaking pan. Ken J
