Horrible, was overcharged for my exam and X-rays and have been trying to resolve my problem since my visit July 6 but have been getting no results
We are very sorry you feel that you've been mishandled. As we explained to you multiple times, we charged you exactly what your insurance said to charge you. Even after speaking with you I called them again and was assured we charged accordingly. Unfortunately I believe this is a misunderstanding between you and your insurance carrier and we are the fall guy. As of today there is still a balance on the account however if the insurance does OVER pay you will of course be reimbursed. My apologies for the misunderstanding and best of luck to you.
