I started taking my dog, Shelby to Texoma Veterinary Hospital after two other places could not give me a definite diagnosis, or tell me how to care for her. They were in a big hurry to get her in and out and get to next patient. Dr. Lawrence and his team are gentle and caring with Shelby and take the time to diagnose and explain to me what is going on. I also appreciate them calling back or sending me a report with test results. Their waiting room is always clean and pleasant to wait in and I usually don't have to wait long to get in a room to see the vet.
When the appointment files were assembled, the wrong pet's health history was put in Rugrat's appointment file by mistake. The tech noticed the mistake and got Rugrat's health history for your appointment. And, reviewing the appointment, I checked Rugrat's Medical History file in the computer and the records were complete and accurate. Sorry, for the confusion, but thanks for letting us know.
I absolutely love Dr Lawrence he does not force things on you you can't afford and I feel he cares about animals sometimes I feel his office staff seems a little snotish but as far as Dr goes he is the best
I know my dogs are always in good hands when they come to TVH-they always do a great job and explain everything in such detail. I recently took them in for their dental cleanings and wouldn’t take my 4-legged kids anywhere else!
Technician was very helpful. She tried 3 scales and got 3 different weight readings.
Part of (both Little Beau and Ginger Snap) charts inaccurate, specifically weights and was noted that had 2 visits on same day for the first visit. This was our second visit. Initial visit 6 months ago when moved to Denison. This visit was for heart-worm shots, so correct weight was imperative to determine correct dosage.
I am new to the area and brought both my dogs in for a first visit/annual checkup. My older dog is a very socialable dog but my 7 month old is not. She was an 'abandoned' puppy and just doesn't trust yet. The staff was patient with her and kept giving her positive treatment. I would recommend Texoma Veterinary Hospital.
