Dr. Tidwell took the time to explain what is wrong with both my dogs. Explained what the treatment options were. All the staff is very friendly.

The whole experience was good and always is! The whole group of them are great always!! They care about our hairy children and that makes all the difference in the world! Always kind and thoughtful!

After a long drive, I showed up with a very sick puppy and no appointment. The office staff was very kind and accommodating. Dr. Tidwell was great. He took the time to explain in detail all issues and what would be done to resolve the problems. This was actually like going to a Physicians office. Very impressed.

I opted to have the laser surgery to neuter Dunkin. I am so glad I did. He is showing no signs of pain and is acting like nothing happened. There are no stitches so he has no itching and no licking. As usual Dr. Tidwell and staff kept us informed when the procedure was over and everything we need to know for after care . Only problem we have is trying to contain Dunkins activities since he feels so good.
