Dr Tidwell and his staff are always polite, professional and thorough, Dr Tidwell always takes time to explain so a layman can understand. They take excellent care of my pet.

Even though my wallet was severely impacted, we found the Dr. was knowledgeable as was the staff. We were given alternatives, and cultures were taken to identify bacteria(s). The Dr. took the entire notes of previous vets, and thoughtfully prescribed treatment. Leo is a "family" member and we appreciate those who love animals as much as we do. They also appreciate veterans who served with their policies of recognition.

Didn't have an appointment and it was a busy day with only one vet Available but got little baby in and today she's feeling better I do believe this animal center cares and Dr Ermon is great and explains things and options without high pressure or making you feel like a bad pet parent
