Overall seems like a decent auto shop. My biggest gripe was the lack of communication from the team on my vehicle. Over the course of a week plus having my car getting work done, I was the one who had to keep calig back for updates and estimates on how much longer it would take. When you are going to recommend work get done to a customer, your call with updates and recommendations are pretty critical. When I as your customer have to call because you haven't called me back like the last rep said he would (three times in less than a week) it makes me wonder if my vehicle is getting the same kind of lackluster attention. It's too soon to really comment on the quality of the workmanship, but no issues in the first few days.
