They are nice, but definitely check around. They don't call if your vehicle needs more repairs. They do it automatically assuming it's ok! I think there are other places that are just as good that can beat their prices.

They did an excellent job and explained the whole process from beginning to end. I didn't have to ask questions because they made sure that I was thoroughly informed of all the work they did before, during and afterwards. VERY THOROUGH!

I paid $208 for nothing. For you guys to tell me that you need more time to figure out what's wrong with the car y'all are a f****** ripoff.

If this is the correct customer, your vehicle has CAN BUS communication problems relating to the ABS system. Unfortunately, all computer related problems cannot be fixed in 1 hour. In fairness, you were only charged for 1 hour, the other charges were for other work completed. I run an honest shop with people who care. If you feel you did not get what you paid for, we can speak about that and come to a resolution. I am more than happy to explain what and why more time is needed to resolve the issue with your vehicle.

Overall seems like a decent auto shop. My biggest gripe was the lack of communication from the team on my vehicle. Over the course of a week plus having my car getting work done, I was the one who had to keep calig back for updates and estimates on how much longer it would take. When you are going to recommend work get done to a customer, your call with updates and recommendations are pretty critical. When I as your customer have to call because you haven't called me back like the last rep said he would (three times in less than a week) it makes me wonder if my vehicle is getting the same kind of lackluster attention. It's too soon to really comment on the quality of the workmanship, but no issues in the first few days.
