Thank you for the feedback. I apologize for the miscommunication on the flat repair charge. When we installed the the tires back in June of 2016 we should have explained to you that we cover puncture repairs on the tires. If there was a nail or screw in the tire that we could repair with a patch then that would have been covered. When the rim is the cause of the leak there is a charge to clean and re-seal it.
