Horrible customer service, from the tech and helper all the way to the lady answering phones in the office. They changed a motor, didn't test to see if it would shut off before leaving, consequently it ran all night. Then had to come out the next day, service guy was rude and clearly didn't want to talk or communicate. He snuck off again without checking to see if the thermostat would turn off the fan motor. So I did it and luckily it did. The lady answering the office phone was likewise rude, and argued that it wasn't their fault. All around incompetent company. Do not use them, too many other good companies out there.
