Animals' Hospital of Levittown has been taking loving care of our dog for 3 years. I can't imagine another practice that would take such good care of our pet, and us. The doctors, nurses, and techs are all professional and compassionate and so whatever they can to make ever visit a good one.
I’m a long-time customer who had to take on a new pet because of a death in the family. They really weren’t taking new patients at this time but since we’ve been with them so long they accommodated me immediately. I have a cat from a very very bad situation and I wanted to make sure she was OK and could not catch her the first day they gave me an appointment But they immediately gave me an appointment the next day with the relief doctor. This place has always been good to us, we’ve been with them since Dr. Kearse owned the practice. There are new faces and every Dr. is caring and compassionate. Staff is always friendly and helpfull! The cat was a handful and they were very professional.
This was the first time I had a bad experience. The vet tech that came and got my dog tried telling me that there was no record of him having his flea/tick/heartworm pill since august and proceeded to insist that I haven’t given him the pills since august, when he gets each each month. She tried telling me that because he hasn’t had his pill since august that they may need to do a heartworm test on him which he just had in October. I had to argue with her telling her his last pill was in November and I wasn’t paying for him to have another heartworm test when he just had one two months prior. So I emailed my records over after my visit to show that he indeed has been on his pills and was administered those pills in October.
