My review will be a mixed review. Dr Mitchell was fabulous. Everyone friendly and courteous. From my initial call, I got right in. I took with me, a copy of a coupon from the paper (crowns starting at $699.) and a $50 off referral coupon. After the initial exam I spoke with the financial person. Was told I needed to purchase a yearly insurance plan and then the price would be approx. $1100. Without the insurance, approx $1500. All well above the starting price mentioned in the ad. I then mentioned my coupons, and it was "refigured" and then was $886...with no insurance. Felt it was a little bit of bait and switch or at least went way down when questioned. Then, was told I couldn't get in for a week to do the application. Finally agreed after saying that time wasn't the best for me, and while driving home, felt that was a long time to go with "half a tooth". I pulled over and called them back and asked if I couldn't get in sooner. Pondered for a bit, and then gave me, not 1, but 3 different times with a 2 day wait....All the way home, felt several things seemed a little/lot frustrating, especially with pricing and time to get in. Had I not questioned the price and timeframe to get in, I would have paid significantly more and still been waiting for my crown.
