the glasses side of the operations needs to be overhauled. the staff lacks basic customer service skills -, queueing and manners. fire everyone, hire a new manager and rebuild that disfunxtioanl team.
after my exam i went tot a TRGET to get my glasses. TARGET’s services was an outstanding comepared to lenscrafters. target politely greet the customer, set expectations on queuing, explained to me that i should browse inventory while waiting .... then they provided great service.
