My experience with Joan, the head of the Laser department was very poor. Joan needs some serious customer service training. I tried to voice concerns about previous appointments but she had no interest in hearing them. For every concern I voiced, she had an excuse. When we finally got to the lasering, I asked where she was aiming the laser because i could not see and my face was numb. She touched somewhere on my face but I couldn't tell where she was pointing too (possibly because my face was numb!) I asked for a mirror so I could see but she goes "well I don't have a mirror in here. You can stand up" in a very snotty tone. I pay a decent amount of money to perform my laser hair removal treatments at this salon and to be treated like Joan treated me was absolutely awful. I almost got up and walked out. If that is the head of your department, I never ever want to go back to this salon again. Awful awful awful customer service.
