The Mic Mac Mall Head Shoppe opened in 1984 and we moved to the 3rd Level of Mic Mac Mall in 1994. After 20 years, we have just moved in 2014 to the lower level into a fantastic new salon and spa at the base of the escalators. As a full service hair salon, we offer both hair and esthetic services. We are conveniently located on the upper level next to The Bay in The Mic Mac Mall, Dartmouth, NS.

I am not here to make anyone feel bad, and it is what it is now, but I asked for a bald fade and the stylist said that he would have to do it with the bare clipper as he didn’t have a balder. I said that was fine, but I literally left there with bald patches in my head and not at all faded. In fact it was so bad I had to get him to just cut the rest off (buzz cut) because it was that bad. I have since fixed it the best I could myself, and I mean maybe he didn’t have that experience and that is fine but at least tell me that you really don’t know how to give what I am asking for, and I would have went somewhere else. When I called to ask for my money back I was told that the manager was not there and likely the best the would be able to do was get me back with the same stylist to fix it. That is obviously not an option for me. Disappointing experience
