I came in for a 60 minute samurai massage, and after a few questions about my concern, Dave suggested that he would mix between samurai and relaxation. Oh boy! was I glad Dave did what he did. I came out feeling better!
Sherry Kay was very nice. She has a good touch. However she mentioned before my service that I was squeezed in. I didn’t asked to be squeezed in. I had the sense she may have felt pressure to keep on time for her next appointment. I showed up early and filled out my paper work as instructed. I was called about about 8 min into my service time which meant I was not face down on the table until 10min in. I signed up for just the back but then she began to do my legs. I told her I thought I signed up for the back, she said that tension in the legs can cause back pain. That’s fine but that not really what I wanted. Like I said Sherry Kay was very nice and has a nice touch but being late and the apparent miscommunication about my service made it odd.
She was very responsive to the specific need that I had and my injury. I would suggest to turn the music down a little bit :-) also I love when the therapists use a little essential oil to help relax and she didn't do that Ana didn't ask so I didn't say anything. But other than that I was happy with pressure and overall results!
This was my first massage with Jonathan. He was friendly, listened to my issues and offered a treatment that helped to alleviate the tightness and soreness I was experiencing. i will definitely be back to see him.
Everyone was incredibly warm and helpful. Setting up the appointment and checking in were super easy. And my therapist did amazing work on my very sore neck and shoulder. I am looking forward to coming back again soon.
I enjoy and appreciate everything about the Knotstop. The welcoming staff, the soothing, peaceful waiting room, and Jeff is absolutely the best massage therapist. He is always, thoughtful, considerate, and an expert therapist.
