I dropped my car off on Friday am and was told I would be contacted re: status. I left phone numbers and email addresses at work. At work, thinking nothing more about it, at 7p I realized I had heard nothing from you by any means. I left 2 voicemails re: the extreme inconvenience this was going to cause me as you are not open Saturday and I would be without transportation all weekend. I would have gladly drove my sputtering car home for the weekend, rather than inconvenience co-workers, family and friends all weekend for rides. Monday morning i received a call first thing, casually apologizing for the "miscommunication". What miscommunication, there was no communication. The person's tone was truly unapologetic and unconcerned about the inconvenience you had caused. He was more concerned about moving forward to the diagnostic that HAD been completed and emailing the estimate....700$ plus. No offer to make it right or make it better, just sorry for the miscommunication, but the diagnostic is complete, would you like discuss what we have found. Then, when I do pick up my vehicle, they've entered the mileage in at 100,000 miles over the actual mileage on the odometer. They fixed this promptly, but expressed more apologies over this than leaving me stranded without a vehicle for an entire weekend. The 24 mos, 24,000 warranty with roadside assistance was impressive. The diagnostic was the most thorough that I have ever seen, complete with pictures etc. The quality of the work remains to be seen. Unless I have to go back because this work needs to be redone under warranty, I doubt I'll come back. And my coworkers, family and friends already heard about my experience as they were the ones who had to give me rides. I have wondered if this is because I'm female.
