Excellent patient care under these horrible and new circumstances. The communication was clear about new procedures. I was given reminders and plenty of information in advance of my appointment. The office procedures are top notch to manage infection control. Despite all of the changes, Dr. Marks and his staff continue to provide excellent and caring dental treatment.

The PPE for both staff and patients was not only impressive but very reassuring and confidence- building to the patient who worries about contracting the virus. The room air circulation as well as the negative air pressure collector near the patient's mouth......I could feel the draft on my nose and lips.....WOW!

My experience was very reassuring. It was the first appointment of any kind I had had since the COVID-19 pandemic impacted the area. I felt that every effort was made to assure the excellence of care I am accustomed to from this practice while making necessary adjustments required to protect patients and staff. The hygienist was the same young woman who I had care for me in the past and she was aware of and sensitive to my reactions. I appreciate the warmth and care and consideration everyone showed me.
