Dr. Jason Kolenda treated me on eight occasions to date and dramatically improved my ability to practice yoga, participate in fitness training and experience wellness. He utilized soft tissue myofascial release techniques and painless spinal adjustments that dramatically improved my joint alignment and muscular efficiency. Additionally, he provided me with a complete physical therapy routine consisting of simple at home and at work exercises to strengthen weak muscles and realize self improvement .
