My pet was well looked after. Prices are very expensive though!!
If they got rid of the fancy coffee machine & glossy folders, etc. they could pass along the savings to their customers.
Would prefer my money go to health costs and not fancy frills.
They may want to review their priorties and help client costs.

We also believe in presenting our Hospital and our staff in a professional manner and yes we try to go a step above what others might do when it comes to client comfort and information presented in our waiting area as well as what goes home. The costs associated with the items you mention are a fraction of a percent and really are negligible to our overall expenses. Our costs are generated by hiring the best staff available and enough of them along with the best and most up to date equipment. The coffee machine by the way is free. We researched our complimentary coffee thoroughly to find the best value to both our hospital and our clients.
