They seem knowledgeable and caring. However, like most vets these days, they are very expensive. I was quoted $1,000 to run tests on my cat's condition even after acknowledging that she will probably not live another year. After I explained that this was more than I could afford, they did come up with a partial list of tests for $500, which I then felt pressured to take. I feel like the mindset of preserving life at all costs has found its way into veterinary medicine, with the main difference being that there is no comparable health insurance for pets. I did appreciate that they called me today to see how my cat is doing.

The vet and tech were so kind to my cat. The vet sat on the ground for most of the appointment so my cat wouldn’t have to be as scared, and the tech made sure he was distracted with a treat.

The appointment was good, overall. The Vet Assistant and the Vet did not acknowledge nor speak to me until I introduced myself, which I found a bit odd and unprofessional. I know these are "animal people" but the humans deserve acknowledgement. They weighed my kitten but didn't tell me the weight nor document it on the paperwork.

The front desk staff was great!
