My pets have gotten great care at the Cat Hospital. It's a nice, welcoming and calm environment which helps make my cats and myself more relaxed. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I brought in all four of my cats for their annual appointment. It was a zoo to say the least! The staff was super accommodating. They helped me in and out with all my fur babies. They were extra patient and kept me informed along the way. That's why I keep coming back. Love this place!

Dr. Hazzard was very good with my cat who is terrified to leave the house and be around strangers. I appreciated her being calm and gentle with him.

I am very, very pleased with my cat's dental surgery. Dr. Hazard, Kelleryn and another wonderful staff member were professional, knowledgeable, kind and understanding. I truly appreciated Dr. Hazard's detailed explanations and her willingness to do so, as well as the respect the staff had with decisions I made after consulting with them . As far as the kitty is concerned, he is very affectionate with the staff and that says it al!. He is doing so well.

Very good visit as usual, with Dr. Hazzard as well as the two techs. Very attentive to my small geriatric cat and careful with her, and open to my questions and information.

Haven't heard back about our labs, though, and I usually hear back soon. They were fairly routine lab tests, but I have not gotten either an email or a call. I noticed the desk staff/techs were new, though, so maybe they are still getting the routines down. (Ordinarily I would give five stars but I gave four because of this.)

My cat is 16 and a half (more or less - she was a shelter cat around the age of one) and thanks to Boston Cat Hospital is doing well with her meds and food for her chronic ailments. We've been coming here for half a dozen years or so.
