We are a family owned business, not a big corporation. We want to bring a quality automotive experience to our friends and customers here in Saratoga Springs, UT. In fact, throughout Happy Valley, we are known for our family-oriented service. We run our store as a family, which means our staff is happy. Thanks for the feedback Bryce, I'm not sure what service light you are referring to but in anycase we apologize for the inconvenience of having to come back for that.
The adblue system in your Audi is widely know to have issues with the level sensor. It does not recognize that it's been filled for some reason so it need to be reset from time to time with a specialty software (that we have). The engine light is obviously something unrelated be we would gladly take a look at it for you to make sure it's nothing serious. German vehicles as you know are very specific as to their operating parameters, we encourage you to get it checked as soon as you can either here or the dealer. I suspect at that time you will realize the engine light is not related to our service.
