Everyone at The Cat Doctor has always treated our cats with respect and love. Piper's most recent visit was no exception -- kind and affectionate care from the reception desk to the waiting room to the examination room and beyond -- Piper and I enjoyed our visit and the attention paid to him during our time this December at The Cat Doctor!
I always feel welcome in the office and by the staff. The vet was running a bit behind, but I was kept up to date and offered refreshments while I waited. I will always repeat how nice it is that the vet and staff explain what they're doing and I don't feel pressured to have tests or extra shots for my cat!
Dr Mckee is so awesome. My boys are always relaxed around her calm energy. She knows what's she's doing, and she doesn't push unneeded things. She has helped me manage one of my cat's chronic issues on a budget, which has been so helpful.
I went for a cut and color on November 18th. The salon had NO hot water. It was ridiculous. At the very least you should have offered your customers 10% off. Folks were complaining they had brain freeze. SHM
When I got to dental solutions, I asked the doctor if he could use my x rays from Springfield, and the dental hygenist said that they didn't have them on record. When I went up to over my treatment plan, the secretary said that she had my x rays from Springfield and they showed the same cavities. They wanted me to pay for additional x rays. At that time, I had already agreed to the xrays and had to pay for them. When I was checking out, the dentist, Dr. Satish had done five extra fillings that weren't on the treatment plan. I had refused to pay and the secretary agreed with me and asked Dr. satish to explain himself and he said since you didn't know about them, you don't have to worry about it.
