James, the craftsman who fixed our chimney was thorough and a very hard worker. Thank you James for getting this difficult job mostly done(awaiting the sealant on the top of the cement blocks in a couple of weeks). The blocks are set in square and s many of them had to be cut to size.

Also, the lady on the phone was professional and nice

Owner Tom Wolfe is incredibly experienced and professional and all the people who sell gas fireplaces in Anchorage say he is the best. I definitely agree!

His employee, James Warrington, works incredibly hard and makes sure the job is done well.

I was impressed with Tom's knowledge when he came over to measure to see if the insert would work, however I"m disappointed someone has not answered my email questions on the hearth measurement requirements in a timely manner.
