The Cleaning Fairies did an excellent job on a deep clean after a move out at our apartment. They took plenty of time to scour the kitchen appliances and all the bathrooms and they came out sparkling clean. Very thorough cleaning and we are very happy with the results. Kyla and Heather were a pleasure to work with and their cleaning crew just did an outstanding job cleaning our place from top to bottom. Would highly recommend The Cleaning Fairies.

He cleaned baseboard and window rail tracks as promised. Bathrooms are cleaned but that is about it. Other places weren't cleaned. My future tenant cleaned up floors again because her daughter stepped on a broken glass after he cleaned up.

So friendly and nice. They genuinely seem to care and mean well. But frankly coming up short lately.
Last cleaning was big disappointment.
While it was a "quick clean" and not a "deep clean" (difference of $ and time) there was still hair and dirt in the bathrooms after visit (on the list to clean), door mirror was not touched on upstairs bathroom and was full of kid handprints, and overall we felt we had to re-clean what we had hired the CF team to take care of for us. While we have had great cleanings with them in the past (hired 6+times), when we pay a lot more, this is not the first time we've felt this way even on bigger jobs. We've had better experiences w other services. They are hard to schedule and the product has been, in our experience, inconsistent. They are SUPER friendly and pleasant and clearly persevere to have a great experience. We appreciate that and hope they can make their product, or communication on expectations for a "quick clean" more consistent. Anytime we have to clean after a cleaning service - we feel a bit unhappy.

Kitchen floor and kitchen sink were good.
Dusting in all rooms was mediocre.
The downstairs bathroom floor was not cleaned well, at all.
