The experience was excellent from check in to pick up. The ladies at check in were very prompt and helpful. The Doctor was very thorough and thoughtful in explaining the procedure and care. She took all the time that was needed and answered questions completely. When I pick Otis up in the afternoon, the vet explained some issues that we would need to be aware of and how to resolve each. Explained care and medication during recovery.

We felt Otis received the best care we could ask for and would highly recommend. Thank you All very much!
