I have been a patient since they opened their doors for business. The doctors are professional , efficient but provides an environment of kindness, I feel welcomed , my concerns are important to the staff. I am on my 3rd pair of Oliver Peoples frames ..plus sunglasses because the eye center stands behind their products

Disappointed! I received a gift certificate from my husband for my birthday that was good for one year, it was for a 45 min manicure and a 30 minute pedicure. I booked the appointment and mentioned the gift certificate as it instructed on the gift certificate. I had a nice manicure and pedicure by Sarah, she was very friendly and did a very nice job. Upon checking out I was told I had a remaining balance, I asked for a breakdown of the charges to explain the balance owed. The clerk could not explain she just kept telling me that she had nothing to do with what is on the certificate. Then she told me the prices had gone up since my husband bought the certificate. I gave in a paid the balance. I asked my husband what store he bought the certificate at and he said he bought it online at the Par Exsalonce website. He told me he what he had paid, and I explained that the clerk just had me pay an additional amount.He checked the website and the prices were still the same and the certificate should have covered both services. He called the salon and the same clerk told him to call a customer service number, that she didn't have anything to do with the gift certificates. This was ridiculous customer service, and it really took away from my nice experience with Sarah. So much for a relaxing day at the spa!
