Walking in at first, I was nervous like I usually always am in public places. But the people working the front desk were very polite and patient with me, which helps a lot when I need things repeated or explained. After filling out the necessary forms, they brought me to a back room and told me the procedure of the eye exam. Same as before, the doctor who helped me was polite, patient, and informative. He even explained alternative options to getting my eyes dilated and how much it would cost. He also provided tips for protecting my eyes when working on the computer and offered to fill in a prescription for computer glasses I can swap into. When it was time, they finished up my exam and brought me out to let me try on some different frames. They were patient and even offered their advice/opinion on some of the frames I had picked out. When I picked my frames, they sat me down and explained the costs of everything, as well as how much additions like transitions would cost. They finished up and gave me a copy of my prescriptions when I asked. Overall, my experience was pleasant. The best advice I can give when coming here is don't be afraid to ask questions, because they are more than happy to explain and give you advice!
