Dr Cross is very personable. My spouse is his patient, thus the reason I asked for him. We have a common set of friends, who recommended him to us initially, because they use Dr Cross as well. One of those friends is a retired from the medical field. My problem was that I have this thing moving around in my right eye, which resembled a young tad pole. When I moved my eye around, it moves to a different position.
It is obvious to me that Dr Cross has a strong desire to help people. I appreciated that one of the last things he said to me was, 'Don't worry about this, you will be fine.' He had zero hesitation in sending me for further review, which is always a positive sign in my humble view.
The staff were all friendly. Whatever questions I had, they were answered. They called to get me set up with the retina specialist for further examination during the coming week, but they wanted me to come in immediately, so that is what I did. Good part is that the specialist did not feel there was a tear in the retina, but saw discoloration. I have a return visit scheduled with this physician.
