Visit was 2 hours, very busy and short a Doctor I was told! However they are very thorough, have wonderful state of the art equipment and I feel confident I will get the best diagnosis!

Absolute waste of vision insurance, time, and money. The optometrist was clearly not in the mood for the day, and I feel like I completely wasted the single covered annual visit that I get with my vision insurance. So now I will have to pay out of pocket for another visit somewhere else. What a ripoff. I will be filing a dispute with my vision insurance company since I was unable to receive a prescription for lenses, contacts, or anything. It was a very frustrating experience to be told, I am not writing your prescription today and you have to come back in a few weeks out of pocket and then I'll write a prescription. I will be writing public reviews of my experience so that others may learn about this practice.

Everyone at the practice was so caring and professional. I was seen in a timely manner and all my questions were answered. Dr. Cross and his staff could not be better at their jobs! I would highly recommend them ~ and I will!

From the time I called to get an appointment everyone was so very helpful. I explained my issue I had an the girls up front put me with the right doctor. Everyone was so very helpful. Dr. Lain explained everything with me an answered all my questions. Dry eyes is not a joke. Thanks for all the help.

I have been going toThe Eye Group for years. The thoroughness and proficiently of the examination is outstanding. I especially like how Dr. Lain explains what he is looking at and what an examination of the eye can tell about your health.

Very welcoming and kind staff, with excellent and thorough care from the doctor. Explanations were easy to understand, care was taken to answer all my questions, and I didn't feel rushed! Everyone was very personable as well. Overall a wonderful experience, and I feel confident in the excellent care I received for my eye needs.

2 hours for an exam. Then ordering contacts took over 3 weeks before an order could be placed. The eye doctor ignored notes from staff with questions on the contact prescriptions delaying the order. All of this after trying to make an appointment on three separate occasions. While the facility is clean and the front desk staff are very nice, the overall experience is terrible.
