At Pi they explain everything - what they do, why they do it and any options or alternatives you might have. That is refreshing in today's health care climate. Oh they also tell you how much things will cost and whether or not it is something that has to be done soon or now. In other words they respect you and your ability to make your own decisions and provide the information for you to do it. I have been going to Pi for almost 40 years - yup one of Dr. Balshi's first real challenges in the specialty he pioneered in our area. After a life threatening accident my dentist had no idea of what to do with my wired shut broken jaw and teeth .. Another dentist sent me to "the only man in this part of the country that can help you" Dr Balshi saved my smile jaw function which saved my life and my career. The Pi folks today learned from him how to treat PEOPLE not just teeth.
