the Drs assistants and the Dr was amazing, however i agree with one of the other opinions and i mentioned it to my daughter when i got home yesterday. the reception staff was very loud rude and abrupt specifically the gentleman out there.

specifically, in regard to putting on a mask, which isn't a problem. but he really doens't have to yell at people to get them to do so.

he doesnt know what people are dealing with when they enter those doors and his mean abrupt demeanor could cause someone to go over the edge.

it really left a bad taste for the office.

I was pleased with my first time visit. I felt the staff was very caring to me as a patient. The place is very clean and my wait time was minimum. I wish I would have known about this practice years ago.

Actual dental service was very thorough but I felt like the receptionist was rushing me. Asked me for my cards and while I’m getting them, he’s handing papers to me and asking questions. I had to tell him he was throwing too many things at me at one time, to slow down. A bit aggressive. But it was a good experience overall.

At Pi they explain everything - what they do, why they do it and any options or alternatives you might have. That is refreshing in today's health care climate. Oh they also tell you how much things will cost and whether or not it is something that has to be done soon or now. In other words they respect you and your ability to make your own decisions and provide the information for you to do it. I have been going to Pi for almost 40 years - yup one of Dr. Balshi's first real challenges in the specialty he pioneered in our area. After a life threatening accident my dentist had no idea of what to do with my wired shut broken jaw and teeth .. Another dentist sent me to "the only man in this part of the country that can help you" Dr Balshi saved my smile jaw function which saved my life and my career. The Pi folks today learned from him how to treat PEOPLE not just teeth. Lastly, over the years I have learned that quality work is never the cheapest at the beginning but over the long haul it pays off financially and in the endurance of the work. performed. At Pi they understand this and have an affordable plan for setting up an affordable payment system over time - again focusing on PEOPLE with understanding that an individual may need an affordable payment plan if they do not have dental insurance.
