Dr Fickett is my current doctor since Dr Silbert retired. I had a very difficult time getting properly fitted with the correct astigmatic contact lens because my astigmatic lenses by Cooper vision that I wore for 15-20 years were not being made anymore! Dr. Fickett worked with me for many months ( and tried many different lenses on me) until finally I had the proper fit! I can now see better than 20/20. Thank you Dr Fickett! Donna Munizza Shields

I do not see why you make an appointment for a certain time and you then have to wait to get checked-in, then you are waiting past your appointment time. I do understand there is a pandemic going on and staff is short but it is not fair to patients to be subjected to this kind of service. I must say the doctor's are very good but the service sucks along with some of the staff.

I was please to be called and escorted to my exam room so soon after checking in. My examiner was a student named Diamond. Who was very professional in the e am and sharing information as she went through the exam.

My visit was in the LOW - Vision dept. The doctors who performed the examination, were very polite and efficient!

From the attending doorman to registration with Miss Judybell my first steps in the door, to , pre-examination interns all were especially welcoming and kind.

They all exhibited a team spirit that I needed for my visit.

Cohesive professional team care towards me.I felt comfortable and in good hands.

The two young attending doctors/ in training were above average in my opinion.

Then the Doctor from afar Africa, Uganda, with the pleasant vibes and healing nature with a twist of humor brought it all home for me.

I understood his examination findings to be accurate to my symptoms as I knew them and explained.

His medical expertise is on point and I appreciate an accept his recommendations. I will follow them to the T.
