My experience was excellent! I have migraines and couldn’t see clearly. Once, notified by the Assist VP and Director of Operations, the OD contacted me immediately to triaged the issue and advised me I needed a full examination.

The PSR(Nydra) kindness during the in check in process was nothing less than stellar. Thank you!

My appointment was for testing and was made a month in advance. When I arrived for the appointment the receptionist check her records and indicated that there was no appointment schedule for testing. I provided the card with the date and time and they eventually added me to the schedule for testing. This the first time I have experience this mix-up with at the Eye Institute.
