The Floor Depot replied:
We do not make runners ourselves. We send measurements to the manufacturer for the sizes requested. It is very unusual for the manufacturer to make a sizing error on rugs and runners. The manufacturer has been slow to remake the runners because of a back order on the material selected. This is also beyond our control, but we have offered a $200 credit for the delays incurred on your order.
