Dr. Mistry was very aware and mindful of my anxiety. He was gentle, kind and spoke with a calm caring voice. He explained everything to me ahead of time so I wasn't surprised as to what was coming next. He called that evening to check on how I was doing. He explained again the procedures to follow if the tooth he extracted was bleeding and what to do if I wasn't feeling well. He was also very attentive to the assistant who was helping him, saying 'thank you' and 'please' when offering her assistance. I am hoping to have the same professional and caring experience in the next year as I will be seeing Dr. Mistry for my implant.
