Let me start by saying I loved this place before my last visit, not anymore! Spent there six and a half hours! Jen was really nice, everybody in this salon are nice. I started by explaining what I wanted including showing her pictures on my iPhone, I thought we are on the same page! I have tan skin color, so didn't want blonde orgenizing red, made it clear! I ended up with an orange color! I was shocked, didn't know what to say, unfortunately I paid and left, but not happy and ended up fixing it myself the same day, didn't like it at all! I don't think she knew what she was doing. The only good thing I can say is that they were nice, but my hair looks bad!
Hila, first let me say that I am sorry your experience was not to your satisfaction. Per our salon policy you have up to 7 days and we will do whatever you like to make it right for you, providing you don't try to "FIX" it yourself because then we cannot see what we did. Had you said something to Jen, who asked you on 3 separate occasions, you said it was fine, we would have been happy to make any changes you wanted. Secondly, with regard to Jen, she executed what you asked for in your consultation which she also included me because you had quite challenging circumstances with your hair, and she advised you in advance that she would do her best to remove red you put in, which she did without damaging your hair. When you left your hair was a beautiful honey color, not orange or too blond or red, per your request. I reviewed the before and after pictures and saw no orange. In the future it would be very useful to be up front with us at the time of the service so that we can make changes right away, without having you have to return for a correction. Had you not altered your hair the same day I would have been happy to correct it at no charge. Please let us know if we can help you in the future. -- Gary
