James my apologies you were not satisfied with your last service experience with us. Diagnosis is always separate labor charge/time from the repair time as they are 2 different jobs and they are paid that way as required by State law and this is industry standard. Also, we have not covered customer credit card processing fees for at least 3 years now so this is not a new thing and we have it posted on the wall as we are legally required to do. If you pay with a debit there is no charge we just can't afford to pay for your airline miles anymore as it just costs too much money. Again my sincerest apologies and if there is anything I can do to make it better please let me know. I also sent you an email. Thank you
