There were a lot of niggling things wrong with my adored Mini, and the car ended up being at the Haus for two days. Talk about service! I would get several status updates a day, just to keep me in the loop, and at one point, when my car needed some work that could only be done at the dealer, they drove it there themselves, dealt with all the paperwork, and took an Uber back! That's true gallantry!
And of course, as far as their actual work, they are the most knowledgable, competent crew ever!
