The Hot Yoga Spot is a hot yoga and fitness studio with two amazing locations. Our studio in Albany is located at Stuyvesant Plaza and opened in December 2010. Our newest studio is opening in March 2013 and is located at The Shops at Village Plaza in Clifton Park. Both of our studios offer a wide array of classes, affordable packages and amazing specials, complimentary towel service and so much more!
