Service from the hairstylist was very good. However, from an appointment booking standpoint, I am not pleased with the experience overall. I had specifically asked if my appointment duration would be sufficient for a haircut and bayalage. I was assured that it was. Turns out it was not enough time and I could not get the bayalage done as I had wanted to.
I am very sorry to hear you did not receive all the services you had requested. We would like to make up for this inconvenience.
