Tucker needed his nails ground. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist said just to pop in anytime that was convenient and one of the technicians would take care of it. No appointment needed! Hope, who is Tucker's favorite took him in the back and he was out in 5 minutes. What a pleasure to go to the spa whether it is for a full grooming or just a "pedicure!" We have been taking our dog to the Ken Caryl Pet Spa for many years. The workers are all caring, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Our beagle had a microbubble bath several weeks ago and afterward, we noticed that he was not shedding at all and there were no loose hairs on him. We were so pleased, we took him back yesterday for another microbubble bath.

Service for Bella was great. Only reason I give 4 instead 5 stars is based on my shock at pickup on price. At drop off she I confirmed she should get the same service as before. This time there was an added service. So little disappointed in that.

Thank you for your review. We have reached out to you to discuss the confusion with your latest visit. When I spoke with our staff member that checked Bella in, she mentioned that you were concerned about the shedding and gave permission to do our shed-less treatment and do whatever we can do to help! We apologize that it was not communicated clearly that there is an additional $18 charge for that service. We are hoping that Bella looked great and her shedding is now much more under control!
