All went generally well. Dr. Maas, of course, knows what he's doing and explained clearly and fully his perspectives to me about what we might do to achieve my desired result. However, it was an hour and twenty minutes after my appt. time before the assistants came in to ready the fillers/syringes. My ride had to reschedule her afternoon dental appt. Last time I was here, my ride waited 2 hours for me. This is a bit much. Perhaps too many people are being scheduled on the same day. In the past, previous to these last two appts. I do not recall waiting extraordinarily long. (I have been seeing Dr. Maas for about 11 years.)

I have been coming to see Dr. Maas for 11 years. He helps me look my best and refreshed and pretty and I look at least 10 years younger than my age. Thank you Dr. Maas!

Dr Maas is an exceptional and kind practitioner/artist.

Staff for most part are knowledgeable, wonderful and warm.

I trust the care and products from The Maas Clinic.

The staff was professional and caring. However, be prepared to wait as your appointment time tends to run late.

Dr Maas Is highly skilled! He is amazing at removing and correcting bad filler, not many doctors know how to dissolve filler correctly but Dr. Maas has a great eye and injecting ability. Won't over sell you or over charge you. I totally respect Dr. Maas as being one of the best face doctors in the Bay Area and beyond.

3 stars Customer since 2016

Dr. Maas was superb, but my wait time to see him was 90 minutes. I understand that I needed to wait for the numbing product to work, but the wait time was way too long.

Great treatment. Such nice caring professional people .

3 stars Customer since 2005

I've been a patient at the Maas Clinic since 2005 and although generally happy with the service I've been puzzled as to why nobody can ever give me a clear indication of cost when I come in for Botox and fillers. Your prices also seem to have increased dramatically.

When I came in last Monday for Botox around the eyes and fillers under the eye, I said, in front of Dr Maas and his assistant, that I had a budget of around $900. I was asked what type of filler I wanted and I clearly stated that I would like the same as last time (a year ago), the regular Restylane and not the more expensive type. I was very specific about this.

A year ago, I paid $600 for one syringe and about $300 for Botox in one area. Yet this time my bill was $950 for one syringe of filler plus $350 for Botox. A total of $1250.

I'm rather upset about this, particularly when I clearly stated that my budget was around $900.

My one syringe of filler cost more than 50% more than a year ago!

Either I was given a type of filler that I didn't ask for, or your prices have increased dramatically. Either way, I'm rather annoyed that nobody said anything whilst I was sitting there about to have my treatment.

This visit with the hygienist did not live up to your high standards nor with my past experiences with other hygienists in your office. She seemed inexperienced and the only term I can think of is "sloppy." I asked for the nitro when she brought me into the exam room and was told, "No, we are not doing that today." I asked if there was any reason why not and she did then go and ask somebody. Eventually, I was hooked up, although I had the feeling she was not quite sure what she was doing. At one point, I felt like to confessing to all crimes because I was swallowing more water than she was being pulled out by the tube...sort of like waterboarding. In all seriousness, I adore Dr. Coi and the fact that I can bring Leila. I love the office and everyone in it, except my last hygienist. If she is still there for my next visit, please do not schedule me with her.
