I had walked downtown to see the Snowdown parade and just happened to walk past the new Mac Ranch location. I had been having problems with the battery on my iPhone 6S, and on a whim, I popped in just as they were closing. Yes, they had a technician who could install a new battery. They weren't authorized to do the Apple $29 replacement battery deal, but for $53, tax included, I walked out with a new, strong battery, some good advice, and a free app on my phone that allows me to monitor my battery strength and usage. Three different employees told me that if I had any problems whatsoever, please come in, they are open 9-6. Great customer service, quick battery replacement, and all of this while they were trying to close up for the day.

I was expecting Dave Sessions and a new tech came to work on my MAC. I had an issue with Spam and was told to try a couple things--now I get even more Spam. Needed help with a greeting card website and did not get that resolved, but I can work on that item. We tried changing password for FaceBook and still cannot log on. Had to take my iPad to AT & T as I was getting Google Search Engine on it and Safari on Mac Desktop,so the two computers were not compatible, but I've gotten that issue solved.
