Having the Mac Ranch install updated programs, additional memory, and connect all our devices has made owning all Apple products immensely more effective. Dave Session is patient and simple with his explanations of how to use anything Mac. An hour with Dave saves me days or even weeks of frustration trying to learn something on my own. My husband and I keep a running notepad of questions and issues we have with our computers and when we both have enough to warrant an hour of Dave's time, we make an appointment. Computers are outstanding tools but when you only utilize a small percentage of their capabilities, you are missing out on a lot. THANK YOU MAC RANCH AND DAVE SESSIONS!

I've known for awhile that I would have to replace my one and only MacBook Pro. The much loved, first, and only computer I've owned now for 11 years. This winter things came to a head when I tore my ACL skiing and realized I was going to need surgery and, after that, would be laid up for 6 weeks. I haven't owned a television in 10 years so my boyfriend suggested he buy me an inexpensive TV so I could watch some springtime baseball while I heal up. (I'm a diehard fan but usually listen to games on the radio.)

After asking quite a few questions at The Mac Ranch I came up with a much better plan. I decided to skip the TV and instead I invested in a 27" iMac and a subscription to MLB.TV. It really couldn't have worked out any better! I'm watching more baseball than ever and it looks amazing on my Retina 4K Display! Plus, (oh yeah) I have an amazing new computer that will (fingers crossed) last for the next 11 years. Obviously, I'm completely loyal and committed to Apple products, but I don't know that I would have taken the plunge and purchased this gorgeous computer if it hadn't been for the patient and informative owner of the Mac Ranch, Bill. He answered all my rudimentary questions about computers and offered some choices about different ways to get financing. Before long I was placing my order and decided to throw in an iPod for good measure. My experience at The Mac Ranch was completely positive and my purchase has drastically improved my condo's entertainment value. Pandora and iTunes are coming through loud and clear in addition to the MLB.TV and it's really helping with my mood during the rehab portion of this injury/surgery.

After spending $2000 on a new computer at Mac Ranch, people who work there have been SO UNFRIENDLY & RUDE, when I have come in with a question. Don't bother setting foot in the door there!
